Description: Two-piece wire framed dress structure. Variety of red and blue fabric stretched and/or draped across wire frame.

Artist Statement: What started as a fantastical idea of a person engulfed in flames evolved and came to mean something greater during a time of hardship. This piece came to symbolize icy cruelty from others directed towards myself and feelings of hurt and a fiery anger towards those people. Yet, all those feelings of negativity were uplifted by wings of hope and an ability to rise above.
